We are alerting you to the possibility of fraudulent websites and emails purporting to be from the official meeting organizer or housing office for 51st PPA Annual Convention and WFP Regional Meeting. These scams aim to misdirect you and potentially steal your personal or financial information.
Frequently Asked Questions
Registration acknowledgment email is sent as soon as you have submitted your registration form. Please know that submitting your proof of payment/sponsorship slips IS NOT considered complete registration. Registrants need to go back to their registration page and click the “REGISTER” button. “Registration successful” prompt will be seen afterwards.
Confirmation emails are sent after 1-2 working days after review of the registration committee for completeness of details and attachments.
Several reasons:
- PPA member is not in good standing. We encourage everyone to contact the PPA secretariat or Committee on Membership and Welfare regarding their membership status and standing.
- Incomplete attachments. All registrants are required to upload a proof of payment or a SIGNED sponsorship slip from sponsoring company in the google folder available in the registration page.
- Registration form not submitted for review. Most registrants stop after uploading proof of payment and clicking “SUBMIT”.
The registration committee will send an email informing you of your pending requirements.
It takes 1-2 working days for the registration committee to verify registrants details and attachments.
Early-bird registration is open to PPA members in good standing. PPA members are encouraged be in good standing to avail of the discounted rates. Confirmation emails will be sent to sponsored PPA members not in good standing AFTER the early-bird period. Please know that your sponsoring company will be charged the regular rate by then.
